Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for ChibhuTech digital products, subscriptions, apps, webapps, games, and services.

Digital Products

Because digital products may be accessed or delivered immediately, refunds are not guaranteed after access, download, license delivery, or account activation. If you face a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation option provided for that product. Cancellation stops future billing where applicable. Fees already paid for the active billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise for that product.

Custom Development Services

For custom work, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope, milestone status, and work already completed. Amounts paid for completed work, delivered milestones, planning, design, development, or reserved project time may be non-refundable.

Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order, or a payment succeeds but access is not delivered, contact us with payment details. Eligible duplicate payments or failed-order charges will be reviewed and refunded after verification.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary after ChibhuTech initiates the refund.
